Sona PMT Pack (Evening Primrose Oil and Vitamin B6)

This special offer PMT pack contains 30 Vitamin B6 50mg tablets and 30 EPO 500mg capsules. EPO provides a great source of Omega 6 polyunsaturated fatty acids, such as gamma linolenic acid (GLA). Sona EPO is 10% GLA. Some studies have shown GLA and its by-products to promote healthy levels of immune factors, such as interleukin-1 beta and some types of T cells. Each capsule also contains 10 IU of Natural Vitamin E, an antioxidant that can contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
